To help us resolve your issue efficiently, please include the following:

● A clear description of the issue;

● Any relevant supporting documents or evidence.

We will acknowledge your complaint within two (2) business days.

Complaint Handling Process

The Company will conduct a thorough and impartial investigation of your complaint. We aim to provide a written response within fifteen (15) business days of receipt. If additional time is required, we will inform you of the reason for the delay and provide an estimated timeframe for resolution.
